1. Services

Finest Clean Dubai provides residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services across Dubai, UAE. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or quote form) before work begins.

2. Booking & Payment

• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms are agreed upon at booking. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Access & Preparation

The client must provide access to the property at the agreed time. Please secure valuables and inform us of any fragile items, pets, or special instructions before the service.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

5. Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our operations. Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

6. AMC Contracts

Annual Maintenance Contracts are valid for 12 months from the start date. Terms, scope, and pricing are specified in the individual contract agreement. Early termination terms apply as stated in the contract.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
